robinblokeOk, there are quite possibly one or two gun nuts (including myself) on my list; so in the three critical categories, which is your preferred firearm...
Pistol, SMG, Assault rifle (or other)

Pistol - Probably have to go for the Five seven which is actually made to directly compliment my favourite SMG...
The P90 a nice compact, high magazine weapon, that looks damn nifty. (After my other favourite the MK MP5)
And for assault rifles I'll have to go for the...
Steyr AUG Just nice.
Note: I've not actually used any of these weapons, not that I'd say no to some target shooting, and my firearms experience is strictly limited to clay and static shooting of shotguns, which really isn't any comparison.
I also, incidentally, have no delusions what firearms are for.
