A little old lady totters into the doctors surgery and complains of terrible problems with wind.
"There always quiet and they never smell, but I'm just worried about it."
The doctor prescribes some pills and asks her to return in a fortnight.
On the due day, she returns shouting "I don't know what was in those damn pills, but my farts stink. Nobody has visited me in a week, and it's getting so bad I can't stand my own smell!"
The doctor replies "Good. That's got your sinus problems sorted, lets start on your hearing!"
