Post your top ten career results...

1. Electronics Engineering Tech
I don't know that much about electronics, but might actually be interesting.

2. Electrical Engineering Tech
I think they're trying to tell me something.

3. Optical / Ophthalmic Lab Technician

4. Ship's Crew
This could be good; if as Hollywood tells me that this involves wearing frock coats, staggering around shouting "Avast me hearties" and drinking copious amounts of Rum.

5. Industrial Designer
Industrial Designer? What is that? You design industries? What? From scratch?
"Hmmm... clear week this week, I think I'll redesign the textiles industry for China."

6. Website Designer
Hey, a job I could actually do! Well, I could get drunk and shout "Avast" but then I'm still not entirely convinced that's what it's about.

7. Welder
Burning things and attaching them to other things.

8. Boilermaker
Oh be still my beating heart, I -ack- heart attack!

9. Sign Maker
I would only do this if I had the job in Japan or China so I could make Engrish signs.

10. Sheet Metal Worker
Hmmmm. Not really inspired.

and way, way down...

35. Computer Engineer
Just below 'explosives specialist'

2. Mediator
3. Tour Guide
4. Interpreter
5. Sign Language Interpreter
6. ESL Teacher
7. Humanitarian Aid Worker
8. Politician
9. Announcer
10. Criminal Lawyer

That's pretty random, and in some places, very amusing :) I don't even know what a 'mediator' or an 'announcer' is! :S And website designer (the closest to what I actually do, I guess), was at number 22 :)

I am going to show this website to the people at work, as it's actually work related (us being a university careers service)! :D

*laughs* I would feel sorry for any church that had me working there :)

Your number 4 is best. Especially if, as you say, you get rum :)
