If you mean the actual music...copy the directory that all the music is stored in, default is C:\Documents and Settings\\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\ I believe.

basically (as I recall) you copy all the files across, edit an XML file which has the locations of all the music (if it isn't exactly the same drive letter etc) delete an index file and when iTunes starts up, it finds the index file missing and rebuilds from the file locations in the XML file.
You *may* lose your star ratings and last played dates though ... is that important to you?
