What's your view on Arabians, then? :p </smartarse>
I have quite a bit to do with ex-polo ponies, at the moment. I'm fond of Arabians, and the only Welsh cross I've ever met was a *fantastic* mare. Mongrels for preference, though.
Aye - but unless I misremember (eminently possible), they're *all* called horses, even the ones under 14h2 :p
I *have* been [lucky/insane] enough to ride an Arabian... ...bareback. In a halter. With no helmet.
Erm. (:
Better than that, though, was the three-month old Arabian foal, who was terrified of *everything* and absolutely *adorable* and I'm in danger of gushing nauseatingly, so shall STFU now.
Unfortunately, his will specifically prohibited that course of action. The old bugger willed them to his youngest son whilst giving the farm to my Dad.
see, people don't understand. Penguins may be cute, from a distance, but the smell is pretty vile, and the sharp sharp beaks o'blood blister are not so much fun. They are very variable tempered beasties, although my chum Otto liked a cuddle, but look at the beak, and the calculating eye! N.
no, it isn't Otto, it's just an Otto photo substitute. Otto has a strange mishapen beak, but is still both cool and amusing. OK, you're right, I can't pretend I hate them... I do worry about them plotting to take over the world though.

Mostly horses. :p
