How far is it from where you are now? The good thing is that you won't have to transport it all your stuff at once but can do a little bit every day, so you probably get away with one large van load with the big bits (entertainment system, bed, etc.).
Oh, also consider this an offer to help out with shifting stuff, at least on the big day.
Congratulations and good luck with all the other ducks falling into place (thud quack etc). I don't know if Kate mentioned, but we should be able to borrow a big truck from the farm for the weekend of the move.
