Lot of people have had fun in games where not a single damn rule ever been needed!
Lot of people met a whole bunch of great people
Lot of people should realise that rules are there only as a mechanism to assist the fun, I've run fights for people involving 1 kindred and 8 firearm toting policemen with 3 simple tests, it was quick, simple and kept it going - no eight billion tests - have fun dammit and sod the rules, if you want (vague) accuracy play cyberpunk or something
Internationalisation? More friends! More loonies, more silly people to email, IRC and chat with

And regarding rules, as I stated before, I don't care what rules we use and if everybody involved is fine using/not using certain rules then cool.
