Well theres only one way to shift the boomtown rats, it's painful but it has to be done...

sing along, you know the words...

Postman Pat, Postman Pat, Postman Pat and his black and white cat,
Early in the morning,
Just as day is dawning,
He picks up all the post bags in his van.

Oi, we've been here already, Dave. Next I shall throw:

One for all and all for one,
Muskehounds are always ready.

One for all and all for one,
Helping everbody.

One for all and all for one,
It's a pretty story.

If you had a *mumble*
Think how it could be.

Had-alam, had-alam
No matter what you say-ay
Had-alam, had-alam
They're never far away-ay
Had-alam, had-alam
They're always ready to fight
Or. To. Sing.

Someone has misappropriated Dr Snuggles.

Don't go to the website www.drsnuggles.com when there's company around, whatever you do.

Good job I didn't try Teddy Ruxpin.

T-U-R-T-L-E Power
T-U-R-T-L-E Power
T-U-R-T-L-E Power
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

In a halfshell, they're the heroes four,
In this day and age who could ask for more.
The crimewave is high, with muggings mysterious
All police and detectives are furious
Because they can't find the source
Of this seemingly evil force
This is serious, give me a quarter
I was a witness get me a reporter
Call April O'Neill in on the case
And you'd better hurry up, there's no time to waste.
We need help like quick on the double
Have pity on the City 'cause man, it's in trouble
We need heroes like the lone ranger
When Tonto came pronto, when there was danger
He didn't say "we'll be there in half an hour"
Cause they displayed Turtle Power.

Defenders of the Earth
Defenders!

Out of the sky, his rocket ignites.
Jets into battle faster than light
"Flash Gordon"

Lord of the Jungle,
The hero who stalks.
The beasts call him brother,
The Ghost who walks.
"Phantom"

Defenders of the Earth
Defenders!

His strength is a legend,
His skills conquer all
Armed with his power
We never will fall
"Lothar"

(Something about Madrake)

With brave new young heroes
Proving their worth
*mumble*
Defending the Earth!!

Does anyone remember a dubbed programme called Silas? I think it was German or something, but it was about a gypsy orphan who was adopted by a highwayman, and it had really disturbing music.

Actually, does anyone remember a cartoon about this kid who was trapped on a red planet and for some reason every week this white robot would try to get him off the planet and everythime he failed this big black robot would say "You are the lowest of the low" and he'd grovel?

I remember Silas! It always reminded me of Heidi - supposedly a children's story, but realy upsetting in places. Like The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn - the presentation was for little kids, but the stories were really scary in places. I had more nightmares about Tom Sawyer than about the Cybermen..

We're the Planeteers,
You can be one too
'Cause saving our planet is the thing to do.
Looting and polluting is not the way
Just hear what Captain Planet has to say

"The Power is Yours"

As we carried on at school:

To pick up a flower
It takes me an hour
Or two...

Now, what was She-Ra?

Ah, it was always the four become eight bit that escaped me. Not surprising, really - that's terrible. And it was an English language cartoon as well!
