Anyone know a way to extract the whole damn history of your LJ and dump it to your PC, in PDF/text/whatever, without having to go through month by month?

phaseclients can dump it in a custom text format, but nothing more complex.

It looks to me as if you want what was produced by LJ Book. Alas, Google's cache of their website shows that you might be ten days too late:
