Aug. 13th, 2004 02:28 pmFrom when I was in Holland half mad with brain and heat fever with a floodlight blasting through the ultra thin curtains of my un-airconditioned hotel room.
Was it any wonder I had a wierd dream?
I was searching a planet, it was quite rocky as I recall. Looking for life, I think, which I proceeded to do by landing and building an Igoo (plus two other buildings I forget about) and labelling it with sort of giant lego bricks. Makes perfect sense really.
The search then turned into a kind of computer game, I was wandering around the planet detonating nuclear explosions in order to determine if there was anyone living around. I kind of think this would make sure that people wouldn't be living around me if I was setting off nukes, still...
The nukes also damaged my shields on my... vehicle of nuke-ing-ness, taking it steadily down towards 100% from 200%, yes I know. Anyway I had decided to head home when it hit 100% when at 120%.... I discovered life, and found it was my igloo damn it, which I then clicked on with a mouse and it vanished.
Riiiiight.
