My brother has a deactivated Hand grenade that he takes to work. When the Muslims in his office get fractious he wraps a towel around his head, shouts 'Jyhad!', and rolls the grenade down the aisle between the desks.

Depends entirely on the liklihood that you have access to hand grenades at your place of employment. In your job it's probably OK... but if you wore a uniform and woke up every morning with sand in your boots... then I'd have to call it cruel.
