Ready steady go.
You're off, there’s a world in front of you.
The flag at the end is the end of it all.
Keep running, keep jumping, dive through the hoops and avoid the obstacles.
Don't forget to refresh along the way.
Stop and smell the roses.
Grab a bite to eat.
Stagger on.
Before you drop at the finish line.

Completely off the topic, but cool choice of song there dude. Best song on "On Every Street" in my opinion, except possibly the title track.

I do like 'Calling Elvis', although I can't remember if that's on that album; then again I might have been influenced by the video.

Huzah, another Dire Straits fan at last :)

Calling Elvis is indeed on "On Every Street". Though I never really liked that song that much. It's been years since I saw the video to Calling Elvis so I can't remember it to be honest. Come to think of it I haven't heard that album in years either *ponders a swift downloading*

another Dire Straits fan at last :)
Guilty as charged, I was raised on a stead diet of Dire Straits, Eric Clapton, and Neil Young. It was kind of inevitable one of them would stick.
Interesting side note, Mark Knopfler taught English at the college I attended back in the days before he was in Dire Straits (then called Loughton College I believe).
