We had a very nice man round from Carpets Direct ("We won't be beaten on price") who quoted us loads of money for some top quality stuff, then popped into Chesterton Carpets on Milton Road where an even nicer man quoted us 30% less for the identical carpet, then offered us an even nicer one for 60% less because it was end of line. And he's fitting it tomorrow.
