House update

Artex on the ceiling in the living room is cracking from the damp; not good.
Insurance phoned, awaiting calls back.

Shouldn't have Artex on the ceiling then. Come to think of it, why bother with ceilings at all? Oh yes, you need them in that cold damp country you call Engerland, unlike here in sunny Oz *gloat*
