Righty, now I definately know that I'm a sugar junkie, no questions asked.

Been morose most of the morning, decided to cheat on my diet and buy something sugary from the canteen, ten minutes later I'm babbling like a loony, asking work colleages what colour T-Shirt their code would wear and sending strange emails.

Oh dear.
