And to clarify; Baron Munchausen style is (for those who have not seen the excellent film or read the book) basically you play an 18th century member of the up and coming, elite, nobility and suchlike and you're gathered with assorted others to tell amazing tales of your deeds such as flying to the moon on a balloon, outwitting the Russian Tzar using only a spoon and other such stories. All stories are off the cuff, so to speak and other members of the tale telling are free to chip in with events that may have blocked your fabulous escapade.

For example...

Baron Heinrich Trottensniffer III: "...and with that I lept out of the window and escaped from the Tzars guard, with his entire fortune."
Duke Wilfred Halfapple: "But Dear Baron, did not the fact that the Tzar's room was on the 5th floor impede that escape?"
Baron Heinrich Trottensniffer III: "Not at all, for in the horde of jewels that I had... aquired there was a fabulous silk drapery; with which I used to sail safely to the floor."

You get the idea. The more outlandish your title, generally, the better; It is also traditional to have a sidekick, who can be the 2nd best in anything (The Baron himself has all the best sidekicks) with one useful ability.
For example, my usual sidekick character is Spank, my faithful Simian companion, a master of disguise. And useful he is too.

The game is on sale here (and a much better explaination) but all you really need is a fruitful imagination

That sounds rather cool. I think I may have to try it, though my imagination needs a slight polish beforehand :)
