Urgh. That is why one should never book a tour with a tour operator who is not a member of IAATO. No ship shoould have more than 10 passengers, as no more than that are allowed on Antarctica at any one time anyway, if they follow the guidelines. IAATO is trying to limit the number of tourists to 10'000 per season, which makes sense.
