You know you're doing too much documentation when you start using words like "facilitated" in context in normal emails.

I use words like facilitated in everyday converstion thank you very much

I don't usually, I see it as one small step from 'facilitated' to 'empowerment', 'proactively', 'innovative' and 'mission-critical'
Then I'm in the realm of business mission statements and I'll have to shoot myself.
