Sea your mind...
Dec. 4th, 2002 09:13 amI just had an excellent nights sleep, which isn't to say that as usual I really didn't want to get up! This is, I believe, entirely due to the Sounds of the sea CD I bought recently and happily fell asleep listening to. It's just 40 minutes of waves lapping and the sounds of the tide coming in, very peaceful indeed.
Also for the last two nights I've had, unusually, dreams that I actually remember, yesterdays being about beating the hell out of some dragon, and last nights about being a gnome with a Biggles complex. Hey, I never said they would be sensible.
