Yep, I like Germans, especially one certain indiviudal who's visiting soon; plus I am part German in some vague way that I can't remember.

Any country that has a national obsession with sausages and beer gets a big plus vote from me.

Well, if you ever have the chance to visit when I'm over there, you'll always be welcome and I'll show you the wonders of beer and sausage. Then again, you don't like beer which might be a bit of a problem as there aren't really any particularly indigenous spirits (fruit spirits, maybe).
