I think... I need a holiday, to recover from my holiday.
Monday, Monday was Electric Dreams... ahhhh, can you want to move house just because of a club?! The music was fantastic, even if they did utterly overplay DM, but that gave myself and [livejournal.com profile] duranorak a chance to rest between the good music, Duran Duran, Visage, Bowie, A-Ha, Men without Hats, and, and and... ahhhh. Some bloke took my picture for the website, oh dear, strike the pose. Must go again, it was really great! Big hugs to [livejournal.com profile] duranorak for crash space and stuff.
Tuesday was Pizza and crawling slowly home, mmmmm pizza. And then The Calling in the evening, wearing chainmail, which meant I was actually fairly glad the music was more background noise so I could lurk and chat instead of killing myself on the dance floor. Not as many there, but still a good night of chatting and bimbling and the occasional dance. On the way back via the Van of Death™ for a lard burger a gaggle of irish lasses accosted the van and amused me;
Lass1: Oh it's a goth, you have goths here too?
Lass2: Whats a goth?
More photos, I fear for peoples cameras sometimes.
I'm fairly shattered today, I need a long snooze; and I've got Electric Ballroom on Friday... busy tiring week... but fun.
Excuse me while I try and find a way to sleep without my boss finding out now.
Stay peachy.

The ever helpful US government has a new website, full of useful advice on how to avoid becoming deader than a can of spam in the event of someone deciding that the best way to make the world understand their message of peace and unity is by blowing the cr@p out of you.
Sadly, some of the information are a little ambiguous and they could mean anything! But thankfully a guide can be found here that explains all.

Remember, duck and cover.

One thing that I would miss more than anything else if I had to live in another country: Orange squash
