Back in the UK on Wednesday, and they're already asking for me to come back to the states for Monday. This is getting annoying, I'd like a couple of weeks in my own country for a change!

You should be able to retrospecively claim points if you register for a scheme. I think the BMI scheme (Diamond Club) allowed you to go back 3 months.

Glad you are not returning until Monday. Kate and I will make sure we do what we need to do as quickly as possible on Sunday so that you can spend as much time together as possible.
