Yes! Finally found a decent sized venue with parking in Cambridge for the regional - no on site accomodation :( but we can have it all saturday and sunday, now just need to check the place tommorrow and look up some cheap B&B's/hotels in the area for those that can't crash over at a friends or something.
I so never want to organise anything like this again!

You helped and made suggestions, which is more than most :)

I've booked us the CRC (The accomodation lady was away) the main room has *seating* for 94 people, so after reshuffling around it should have pantsloads of room for us all.

At the moment I have it booked for 10am-Midnight (sat) and 10am-5pm (sun) But I can jiggle times a little if needed, Hopefully. Plan is 3 games sat, 2 sunday with a 1 hour break inbetween each game.

Will there be food and drink on site?

Quite important for a daylong event and the next pub is quite a bit away (Golden Hind) and there aren't any shops or takeaways near, either.
I think the closest shop is the tiny coop across from the Golden Hind and takeaways? Hm, either the small Chinese one on Campkin Road or the two on Milton Road, after the Arbury Road intersection.

Baring in mind after all the hassle I've had we are lucky to have a site after all this crud, there are vending machines and I'm going to buy a load of soft drinks and disposable cups. Beyond that people can do food runs in the hour breaks
