Timeslip for your bedsock
Oct. 7th, 2004 10:26 amIs it me or are dentists slowly acquiring more and more protective gear?
I remember, back through the mists of time, space, reality and fish fingers back when I were a lad. The dentist used a club to remove teeth and jumped into your mouth without so much a hint of rubber gloves.
My dentist today had a full face mask (maybe she heard I was coming) that reminded me of a welding mask and of course the obligatory latex gloves.
What will it be next? Darth the dentist in full bio hazard outfit and breathing regulator?
"The plaque is strong in this one."
Tangentally; thanks to
scy11a and
drpyrojames for a lovely meal last night, despite my fear of a green vegetable and loathing of all things fungal it was all very tasty. Yum. Also nice to find someone who appreciates good vodka :)
