The TV saga continues...
May. 13th, 2004 10:32 amSeems the TV they have in the warehouse had a forklift put a prong through one of the speakers and they have offered to replace the screen using one from it.

philw has found me several places that will do me a brand spanking new one for the same price, 'cos he rocks.
Time to try and complain.
Now I say "try", I'm within all my rights and suchlike to say 'Whoa nelly, I'll have my money back thanks' but I'm really not good at this complaining lark1 so I'll have to gird my brain and talk to them and sort this all out.
Am I non-confrontational2? I really don't like arguments, they make me want to walk away or curl up... I want life to be easy in this regard and feel that I'm bad at facing things like this.
So I need to do this in a way, to show myself what it's about.
Addendum: I have a plan to put myself in the right frame of mind; I will listen to half hour selection of Prodigy tracks to get me feeling hyper and quasi-aggressive3 and then call them.
1 Barring the incident with the Mars corporation and the skittles, but that was basically for a laugh.
2 Am I? Huh, c'mon, tell me, tell me before I get all mean and stuff. Grrr. Eeeek! I scared myself.
3 I say 'quasi' aggressive, as the only times I have felt agression is post Ju-Jitsu lessons (Oh yes, channel your anger, pah, get hyped up and want to get attacked more like) or after dancing to the Prodigy...
