Well back from watching the second star wars film, and against expectations (although the reviews were promising) it wasn't two bad. Yoda kicked ass, some of the fight scenes were pretty good, the whole film had sort of an empty feel however, it never really dragged me in and said 'this is the world of star wars, live it'; I think after 'Fellowship of the Ring' all my expectations for amazing films will have to come down several notches. Anyway, it is worth seeing and I did enjoy it nevertheless, so get out and find out lots of interesting background - if nothing else.
Also watched Buckeroo Banazi the other day, which was wierd but fun, had almost I dunno... an A-Team quality about it in a way, but lots of sillyness and aliens and an annoying small kid factor that was thankfully kept brief; good film.
On an annoying note my music PC is currently ****ed one of the sectors on drive C has decided to go a-wandering and it may not be coming back. Arse. Luckily all my music is stored on the D drive, but 14 meg of that has also decided to take a walk - which isn't good, drive C may be about to give up the ghost; thankfully I have a spare drive at hand, unthankfully this will mean I have to sort the PC out; arse.
Silence at the moment, so used to music playing, it's almost stifiling; one of the things I dislike about going to work is no music, just people talking; I need music all the time if I can, or some kind of aural input as much as possible - the sound of waves on the shore, wind blowing through the trees or a thumping bass that shakes my internal organs into Jello.
Bugger, it's still checking my PC - this is not good.
