Well my head still feels like it's stuffed full of cotton wool, actually taking paracetamol which is a rarity for me... starving atm, but throat hurts too much to eat.
So if you're feeling pooey you can hopefully reflect on a positive note you're a bit better off than me this morning :)

Soothes the throat, and puts a load of sugar into your bloodstream to stave off the hunger and cravings.
