Finally some sanity in the courts

Lawyers, all too often seem to believe that whenever things go wrong someone else is to blame, rather than the person who's done it themself.

Not that I'm saying it's good the kid broke his arm, but that people accept that accidents can happen where frikkin' lawsuits aren't required.

Shame it wasn't the parents that fractured something - preferably their thick skulls. Bah humbug...should all be put down at birth...

Wether or not they actually believe it is one thing, They are just trying to screw some money out of someone for their clients, who are whiney and out for cash.

There should definitely be some "You should have seen that coming" clause in law.
