Now new, improved and extended!

Need more weekend, I want to graft on a few extra hours for use this morning for sleeeeep.
Bimble. Righty okay, my weekend? Friday was EB, bounced, got tired. Saturday was wandering back. Apathying around. Finally bought a headphone extender lead for work tho'.
Sunday was the exceedingly yummy roast beef dindins made wonderfully by [livejournal.com profile] davefish; [livejournal.com profile] grahamb was there as well and is someone else who loathes veggies, huzah. Fudge brownies (made by me, with help of a packet) and ice-cream for afters. Burp. Bimbled about films afterwards as food slowly digested.
This has been my busiest week in ages, which is just as well as I chose to quit Evercrack. All uninstalled now, all gone, like bytes in a bitstream...
Bah. Lots of ironing to do this evening.
Incidentally, someone who should be struck down from on high has stolen the wonderful mellow guitar intro from "Shape of My Heart" by Sting and mangled it beyond redemption by putting a rap song after it. May their ears fall off and gnaw at their ankles, heathens!

You said dindins! I thought that was just some perculiar hold over from a bygone age that my mother repeatedly used on us until it was ingrained in my subconcious.

I wont comment. How's the shimmering hypnotic mouse cursor thing going? Hailing the great cursor yet? *grin*

There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
There is no shimmering cursor.
All hail the great cursor in the sky.

Heh. We'll have to get you a t-shirt so you can pledge yourself to the Cursor without constant speech

Where? Who? I keep a list of these people, much like Ko-Ko the Executioner in the Mikado, in case I ever find a bored hitman who wants to pass the time doing some work for me.

Grrrrr. Why must they persist in doing things like this? Bah.

This is something that really annoys me, too.
The latest I heard was an Eminem song sampling Dream On by Aerosmith.
*shakes fist*

Ahhhh, and they've redone 'Killer' as well?!

~blinks~ Oh. Them.
Well, they're not getting shot down for anything, because they're *great*. They can do what they like with Sting. They did the cover of 'Freak Like Me' with 'Are "Friends" Electric?'. They're great.

Haven't heard their 'Killer' but I'd imagine it's rather good - I can't think of a single other band around at the moment I'd trust to do it tolerably well.

And I think it must be 'Shape' I saw the video for the other day - the video is so gorgeous you don't even notice the song. No, they win this one. Sorry. I like them. :)

Werl, the song I heard that they did was entirely rap (spelt with a silent 'C') I always maintain, and quite, quite terrible.
