Except that, I use three fingers on my wheelie mouse. And despite what Rolf Harris says, not all Aussies have three legs (and hence three feet...).

In a similar vein, I very rarely drive with my feet on the wheel.

Erm, I use the index finger on the left button for clicking and on the wheel, and press the right button with my middle finger.
In a car, I use the clutch with the left foot but brake and acclerator with the right.
