The sun has got his hat on... (What the hell can it be made of?)

It's a glorious day outside, sun is shining, slight breeze, hardly a cloud in the sky, definately lay back with a Beer* and chill+ as the world goes by; I only hope that a) it lasts past the weekend and b) in the grim and grotty world of Whitby the weather will be the same, hopefully - it'd make a great start to my first proper holiday in far, far too long and I really need to unwind and relax and get away from everything computer and RP related, although what topics I'll have left for discussion is anyones guess, hopefully a mingling of religion, philosphy and sociology. Anyway, first supplies happily secured (5 bags of pixie sticks, what the hey) booze and sugar tommorrow although hopefully being Northern land pub prices may well be almost reasonable...


* or in my case any generic still vodka based beverage, since to me "beer" is basically anything alcoholic, so there.
+ or more likely sweat to bits, as I'll be wearing principally black, this will obviously make me stand out amoungst all the other goths.

just take an umbrella (black with lace trim) and a jumper (i think its possible to knit silk, black might be a good idea) and you should be fine. If things get real bad see if you can get some PVC wellies or a cyber-style pac-a-mac.

besides, this is a tribe to the English sea-side, by law the weather has to be crap

That's alright. We'll be inside for most of it. Pub, then Spa, then house party, then the abby(brrr!) then back inside, sleep, pub, spa etc..
