(no subject)

Well, I had a good weekend, caught up with loads o' people who were foolish enough to come to my party on Friday.

But as I arrived at work, fresh from a good nights snooze full of strange dreams and laden with cakes I wondered, 'So if eyes are the window to the soul, does that make the mouth the door?'
Following this extension a bit more, this makes your hair the roof, your ears can probably be a chimney and a TV aerial, or even better a sattelite dish.
You nose, hanging as it is over your mouth can be the porch roof and your neck the foundations.

Which means I can only say, with the rest of the body that's one hell of a basement.

Stuffing fun

I had a good conversation over the weekend over the concept of triple stuffed beasties, that is a pheasant inside a chicken inside a turkey - or similarly.
This begs the question of course, exactly how far could you take this... well, taking commonly (well, normally) eaten avians only, in rough order of size... I think...
A quail inside a partridge inside a duck inside a pheasant inside a chicken inside a turkey inside a goose inside an emu inside an ostrich. Thats nine... did I miss any?

With all this talk of fowl I think duck pancakes will have to be my birthday tea :)
