A change, should do you good.
Sep. 23rd, 2004 09:03 amIt's somewhat worrying when the thing that gives the largest impact on my day-to-day life is when LJ changes it's 'update journal' form. Still you can now have custom icons with random moods so thats all spiffy, horah.
In other news my attempts to increase my diabolical memory are making small headway as I can still remember snippets of my dream from last night, two dreams in fact although I can only remember a tiny bit of the first.
The first was pretty simple, I was just sorting through dozens (it seemed) of AA batteries to find one that worked, none of them did.
The second involved me playing a dwarf (sans beard, I'd forgot it) in a full time in outdoor larp that seemed to be running on a pier/bridge between two beaches over a stretch of water.
I remember arriving first, or at least being one of the first people to arrive there and naming (giant) crabs, bashers, smashers and crashers. For reasons I can't remember.
I was called Norman - yes Norman.
I crossed to the other side and climbed up into some small hut thing which I vaguely recognised as a small lookout tower from BFV. Someone wandered along the beach and stepped into some sticky fly paper type trap left on the beach.
I then got into a strange flying minibus with a driver I think I might of recognised, maybe. I decided at this point it would be a good idea to scream the whole ride as there wasn't actually any way I could see the bus could move as it was flying (I suspected a wire above it). When I arrived back on the pier there were loads of people there and I proceeded to be strange at them.
Not bad for improvement I think, most of that is from direct memory, the rest from a scribbled note I did about 10 minutes after getting up.
And now, back to the batcave.

Or does this involve using a version of IE that actually lets you see the site properly...

Date: 2004-09-23 08:48 am (UTC)So I could enter 'eating pixie crack' and select the 'bouncy' mood. I'd get the bouncy mood icon and my custom words.
It's all in the new posting format thing, if you can see that you can do it.

Date: 2004-09-23 08:55 am (UTC)That sounds like some of the work I've been doing at the farm. Going through buckets and buckets of assorted rubbish from various tool sheds and store rooms and sorting them into nails, and screws and split pins etc etc. At the end I have a lovely pile of rat shit to
inhale and get all over methrow away - mmmmmm! I think I'll have your dream...it sounds cleaner!no subject
