You know I was floating, walking on air
the stars themselves fell past me
The galaxies soared away
lost in the moments that passed

All the world span round me
and held me in it's grasp
I touched the heavens and drank the sea
painted rainbows in the sky

I lost count of the sunrises
of the dusks and dawn
How can so much time pass me by
how can so many moments be as one

I felt my eyes reopen
the memory of a touch and a taste
So crisp and fresh, a new born smile
left teasing on my lips
